Easter Deviled Eggs

Prep Work

  1. Peel 12 hardboiled eggs.
  2. Cut 12 hardboiled egg in half, lengthwise, and remove the yolks.Place yolks in a bowl and set aside.

Dye Egg Whites

  1. In a separate bowl for each color of food coloring, combine 4 drops of food coloring and 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Drop egg white halves into each bowl to be dyed. Depending on the size of your bowl, the number of egg whites you can dye at the same time may vary.
  3. Allow colored egg whites to drain on paper towels.

Prepare Yolks

  1. Mash yolks in a separate bowl.
  2. Add ¼ cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp. mustard.
  3. Mix ingredients.

Fill Eggs

  1. Place your colored egg whites on a serving platter.
  2. Using a teaspoon, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  3. If desired, garnish with paprika or chopped parsley.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
