Egg, Ham, Avocado and Salsa Wrap

If you're looking for a refreshing meal after all those Easter treats, but still want to use up some of your hard-boiled Easter Eggs, consider preparing a wrap!

Makes 4-6 Servings

• 4 hard-boiled eggs; peeled
• 4 whole wheat tortillas
• 3 oz. ham, diced
• 1 avocado; sliced- 3 slices per wrap
• ½ cup salsa- 2 tbsp per wrap

1. Slice each hard-boiled egg lengthwise in half into about 5 slices. Lay your slices down the middle of each whole wheat wrap.
2. Divide the sliced diced ham and avocado slices between the four tortillas, layering over top of the egg slices. Then spoon your favorite salsa over the avocado slices.
3. Wrap by folding up the bottom of the tortilla and both ends in to create a wrap. Enjoy!
