Egg Salad

Perfect for serving as a sandwich, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce, Egg Salad is classic recipe that will turn your hardboiled Easter Eggs into a delicious meal! Plus, this recipe can be modified to include your favorite flavors.

Makes 4 Servings

• 8 hard-boiled eggs
• 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Optional Ingredients, to taste:
• Mustard (Yellow, Spicy, or Dijon)
• Salt and Pepper
• Paprika
• Relish
• Onions

1. Finely chop 8 peeled, hard-boiled eggs.
2. Mix together chopped hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl.
3. Mix in additional optional ingredients to taste.
4. Keep refrigerated.
